Jerry Atnip, Founder and Principal of Creative Intelligence Agency (CIA), has a 36-year career as a commercial and fine art photographer. He began as Partner and Creative Director of an ad agency in Nashville as well as Director of its photography department. His images have been published in 40 countries and, since 2003, he’s held over 90 exhibitions and been presented with over 100 awards. He is also an educator, workshop director, curator, juror and lecturer. He serves on the boards of several Arts & Photography organizations.

Tim has an extensive healthcare background, primarily in complex Rehab, ethical pharmaceuticals and hospitals. Clients for whom he has worked include: National Seating & Mobility; Parke-Davis; Rhone-Poulenc Rorer; Armour Pharmaceuticals; Diabetes Treatment Centers of America; HCA; Home Medical Equipment Standards Association, and Plasma Alliance.
He is a past member of the Industrial Design Society of America (IDSA), American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), and the Art Director’s Clubs of Cincinnati and Louisville. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture and Planning, where is received a BS in Communication Design with a minor in Marketing.

For the past 18 years, Sandra has managed the pricing and parts data for National Seating & Mobility, a national Rehab provider, interfacing the complex rehab parts and pricing between manufacturers, suppliers and providers. With a focus on maximizing productivity, Sandra helped develop and master software applications designed for the complex rehab market. Data research and management, configuring order forms, improving accuracy, limiting redundancies, and securing data are just a few of the regimens that Sandra brings to the the customers of Noelting Creative Productions.
Prior to her 18 year stint in the Rehab industry, Sandra worked as a coder and researcher for a genetics research firm in Nashville, TN.
